Responsible Gaming

Keep it fun

Set a budget before you play, take breaks and never chase losses. Pokies are entertainment, not income.

Warning signs

Spending more than planned, borrowing to play or worrying about money you lost means it is time to stop.

Free help

Free, confidential help is available from Gambling Help Online across Australia, every day and night. To block yourself from licensed online betting providers, register with BetStop.
